Mr. Eisenberg is a seasoned commercial and bankruptcy litigator with extensive experience and a proven record of success in bankruptcy, federal, and state courts. Prior to forming his own firm, Mr. Eisenberg was a partner in the Bankruptcy and Business Litigation Groups at Thompson Hine, LLP and Emmet, Marvin and Martin, LLP. Mr. Eisenberg began his career at the renowned bankruptcy boutique firm, Angel and Frankel, P.C.
Mr. Eisenberg also specializes in the representation of clients active in the distressed debt secondary trading market and has counseled clients in the purchase and sale of domestic and international bank debt and bankruptcy claims for over 25 years.
